Families can choose from four different after school programs:

Beyond the Bell

Students in 2nd through 5th grade whose parents deem them suitably independent may attend this free program. Students engage in self-directed activities on the school play yard, with minimal supervision provided by LAUSD staff members. There are no sign-in or sign-out procedures and students leave the campus by their own accord.

STAR - Galaxy
Galaxy offers a balance of academic support, enrichment classes, fitness and recreation programs.  Students rotate through a STEAM lab, sports/fitness/recreation and enrichment classes from the end of the school day until 6PM. This is a fee based program and families click here to create an account and register online for the 2019-20 school year.

STAR - Galaxy 4
Galaxy 4 is for 5 year olds and up.  G4 is funded by a grant and provides a free option for families who need it.  Activities are similar to the Galaxy program - STEAM lab, sports and recreation, enrichment classes and includes a nutritious snack.  Students are required to attend daily and are expected to remain until 6 PM.

All STAR programs are open to students in Kindergarten through 5th grade.  Students report to their STAR instructor at the end of the school day.
