Friends of Gardner is a non-profit, parent led group that raises money to ensure that Gardner Street School has the revenue needed to provide the kinds of programs essential to the rich, well-rounded education that we all desire for our children. Funds raised by FoG pay for instructors and materials for our music and p.e. and garden programs; materials and resources for our art studio.
To fund these programs FoG coordinates a series of fundraising events each year to help us reach our goal of $105,000. Start by making your pledge to the Annual Giving Campaign in August and help us reach 100% participation.
To find out more about how you can get involved, join us August 19 at 8:30am in the auditorium for our first meeting of the 2016-2017 school year. FoG meetings are open to everyone.
Contact us if you have any questions.
FoG programs and fundraisers are discussed by the board in late spring, program additions or changes are submitted to the Principal for review and approval. Have an idea you'd like to share? Let us know.
