Friends of Gardner Board Elections February 20

The Friends of Gardner Board of Directors elections are to occur Friday, February 20th at 8:45am in the school library.

* Board members will serve a 2-year term starting Fall 2015 - Summer 2017.  
* Interested parents and/or school staff should review the Friends of Gardner bylaws here understand the prequalification requirements, roles and responsibilities.
* Nominations may be submitted via email to until 24hrs prior to the election day or submitted in person day of at the election meeting.  
* All nominees must provide a 2-minute statement introducing themselves and expressing the reasons for seeking the position.
* All nominations must be seconded as outlined in the bylaws.

Elections are open to the entire Gardner Street School parental body and school faculty/staff so please join us and cast your vote!

Friends of Gardner (FoG) is a parent-led nonprofit organization established exclusively for the purposes of providing a support system for the public education ad community efforts of Gardner Street Elementary School. Friends of Gardner will furnish financial and volunteer support for school programs that help all school students explore and nurture their creative talents, critical thinking and inquiring minds.
