Karma Art Gallery Fundraiser

Karma Gallery, a West Hollywood art gallery, is hosting a fundraiser just for Gardner! It's an evening with artist Maja Ruznic and an art workshop for kids led by Maja herself. There will be refreshments for everyone AND it's only five dollars a person! The most amazing part is that Karma Gallery is going to match our proceeds dollar for dollar up to $2,500! That means we have the potential to make $5,000 for Gardner in one incredible night! BUT! You'll need to make extra donations to help us meet that goal! So make your extra donation via Venmo @friendsof-gardner or Zelle with friendsofgardner@gmail.com with "Art Fundraiser" in the notes and get your five dollar tickets NOW by clicking here! There are only eight tickets left before we have a full house and sell out so go, go, go! Can't go? Make a donation anyway, because Karma Gallery will DOUBLE it!

GATE and Echoices Meeting

Come learn about Gifted and Talented Education and how to apply for magnet schools through Echoices. This is beneficial for parents interested in learning more about applying for magnet middle schools too, not just elementary schools. There will be Spanish translation at this meeting and we will have this exact meeting available again on October 11th with Russian translation available.

Grooming Awareness Workshop

Please join us via Zoom for a Child Sexual Grooming and Awareness Module for parents and caregivers. You'll learn more about child sexual abuse and gain a greater awareness of what grooming looks like. We will also give you resources if someone you know needs help.

Yom Kippur and Unassigned Day - NO SCHOOL
REMINDERS
This is a reminder that sodas and energy drinks are not allowed at school and students will not be able to carry or consume them on campus. There is also a difference between PRIME Energy and PRIME Hydration. If you are sending PRIME with your child, please ensure that you've checked the label and are NOT sending the energy drink. Prime energy drinks contain 200mg of caffeine per can, the same amount of caffeine as two-and-a-half cans of Red Bull, three large coffees, or six cans of Coca-Cola. According to its website, PRIME states that its energy drinks are not suitable for kids under 18.

Taller de concientización sobre el cuidado personal

RECORDATORIOS
Este es un recordatorio de que los refrescos y las bebidas energéticas no están permitidos en la escuela y los estudiantes no podrán llevarlos ni consumirlos en el campus. Karma Gallery, художественная галерея Западного Голливуда, проводит сбор средств специально для Гарднера! Это вечер с художницей Майей Рузник и художественная мастерская для детей под руководством самой Майи. Угощения найдутся для каждого И это всего лишь пять долларов с человека! Самое удивительное то, что Karma Gallery собирается давать доллар на каждый доллар наших сборов до 2500 долларов! Это означает, что у нас есть потенциал заработать для Гарднера 5000 долларов за одну невероятную ночь! НО! Вам нужно будет сделать дополнительные пожертвования, чтобы помочь нам достичь этой цели! НАПОМИНАНИЯ
Напоминаем, что газированные и энергетические напитки запрещены в школе, и учащиеся не смогут носить их с собой или употреблять на территории кампуса. Существует также разница между PRIME Energy и PRIME Hydration. Если вы отправляете PRIME вместе с ребенком, убедитесь, что вы проверили этикетку и НЕ отправляете энергетический напиток.
